Moksevi Prelis -Chairman
He has 27 years experience in the banking sector out of which 21 years was in the capacity of CEO/Director of the DFCC Bank and the Nations Trust Bank. Prior to this he has worked for 16 years as an Engineer and a Manager in the automobile manufacturing and steel industries. He has held the posts of Chairman, Ceylon Electricity Board, Chairman, National Institute of Business Management, Chairman, Association of Development Finance Institutions of Asia & Pacific, headquartered in Manila and Chairman, St. Johns National Association of Sri Lanka. He has served as a Director on the Boards of 20 companies and five state institutions and at present is Director at Dialog Telecom PLC. He is currently the part time Sri Lanka Country Adviser to UN Habitat and a member of the residential ask Force on IT and English.

Tushan Wickramasinghe (Managing Director / CEO)
He joined Asia Securities as a Manager in 1993 and went on to become the CEO/Director. He was appointed to the Board of Directors of Lanka Orix Leasing Company (LOLC) in 2002 and later on was appointed the Managing Director/CEO of Lanka Orix Securities (presently known as Capital TRUST Securities) in 2003. He was responsible for arranging many of the strategic transactions in the Colombo Stock Exchange as well as developing the largest retail client base for the company through five branches.
He is also the Proprietor of Shakthi Institute.He holds a MBA from Edith Cowan University, Australia.

Mr. Rajapakse is currently serving as a consultant to United Nations Educational and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and Sri Lanka Red Cross Society. He has been holding Technical Analysis Training sessions and giving daily stock market predictions for clients and employees.
He has experience in the State sector where he served as an Assistant Director General at the Sri Lanka Tea Board during early 1980s. He held the Capital Market related positions of President- GMI Finance and Investment Co. Ltd. and Investment Analyst/ Consultant – Pundi Forsten International Ltd. in Hong Kong where he was employed during the 1990s.
