Certified extract of the resolution to open the CDS account (alternatively ,the  Resolution may be certified in the CDS Account Opening Application itself)

Certificate to commence business. (In absence a letter Certified by the Company registrar , a Solicitor or an Attorney-at Law )

A letter issued by the company secretary in a company letterhead stating; Names, addresses and number of shares held by the top 10 share holders as of that date.

A letter issued by the company secretary in a company letterhead stating Names, Addresses, occupations and passport numbers of the Directors.

Name of person/s authorized to give instructions with a copy of the power of attorney / Board Resolution .

(A Bank Statement or a letter issued by the Bank Manager, stating Name, Account number, Bank branch and Bank address )
